Put a deposit down on a half beef. Our price on a whole/half beef is $5.00/lb (based on hanging weight and INCLUDES processing fees). Our current hanging weights are averaging around 400 lbs. for a half beef.

After purchase, we'll get in touch with you when we deliver your beef to the processor for cutting instructions. We will send you our processor's phone number and have you reach out to them to go over the details of cutting instructions. About 2-3 weeks later, we will pick your beef up and give you call to schedule local FREE delivery or pickup. We ask for final payment at delivery or pickup. We take cash, check at pickup or delivery or can email an invoice and you can pay with a card via that emailed invoice. Usually, the wait time on half or whole beef is around 3-4 weeks (depending on the order date). If you have any questions beforehand, please reach out to us!
