Put a deposit down on a quarter beef. Our price on is $5.50/lb (based on hanging weight and INCLUDES processing) and our current hanging weights are averaging around 800 lbs. for a whole beef, 400 lbs. for a half beef and 200 lbs. for a quarter beef.

After purchase, we'll get in touch with you on the finer details like processing time, final payment, and delivery. Usual wait time for a custom cut quarter, half or whole beef is 3-4 weeks (depending on the order date). If you have any questions beforehand, please reach out to us!
